Returns

Thank you for shopping at Elainne Jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for merchandise credit toward another purchase. Note: shipping costs are not refundable (unless there was an error on our part).

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. For a return to be accepted and processed, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with all attached tags. Used items, tagless items or damaged items may not be returned. If used, tagless or damage items are shipped to our facility, a refund will NOT be processed and we will maintain the item for up to 7 days for you to arrange shipping for the item to be returned to you. If you do not contact Elainne Jewelry in writing within 7 days the item will become property of Elainne Jewelry.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and will immediately initiate a merchandise credit as above.

Shipping 

Please be aware that shipping costs are non–refundable (unless there was an error on our part). Your credit is the amount of the item returned minus the cost of shipping.
